Short intro about product : (Pregelatinised Starch) Innogel 9000™ is a Maize Starch derivative, produced by physical modification of native maize starch by means of mechanical shear and heat to rupture the starch granules without addition of chemical additives, resulting in partial solubility, increased particle size, improved flow properties and compactability.

Pharmaceutical Application
(a) Binder : Can be used as wet or dry binder. Hence provides you process flexibility to produce tablets with the excellent hardness and flowability
(b) Disintegrant : Can be used as an effective Disintegrant.
(c) Flow-aid : Exhibits excellent flow properties, hence provides minimum variation in drug content and tablet weight.
(d) Lubricant : Self-lubricating property eliminates any negative effect on dissolution or film coating quality seen with other lubricants.
Thus, it is a good binder and flow-aid for moisture sensitive APIs and Low dose formulations.
Food Application
(a) Instant Noodles, Rice Noodles – To improve the processing properties of dough, shorten cooking time, low oil absorption
(b) Fast frozen foods, glutinous rice balls, quick-frozen egg roll skin – To improve boiling capacity, smoothness & transparency.
(c) Frozen meat balls, meat balls, crab stick, etc. – To prevent dehydration & contraction in the freezer, good flexibility & anti-aging properties.
(d) Seasoning sauce & ketchups, Oyster sauce, abalone juice, tomato, garlic, sweet & sour sauce, salad dressing, barbecue sauce – To resist the strong acid & high temperature during processing.
(e) Baking powder, cake flour, bread, etc. - Cold-water-soluble, easy to use, paste-like and delicate, creamy taste, easy to keep mould, resists well in high and low temperature
(f) Dairy & Yogurt, milk drinks, lactic drinks, etc. - Smooth and rich cream taste, to endure low PH and cutting with machine, easy to integrate with milk protein to prevent whey from leaking out.
